Fun Facts You May Not Know...Part 2

• I asked Jody out for our first date;
• We met playing on the Texas A&M Former Students Association Sand Volleyball Team in Austin;
• We moved to Waco because it was a "family" oriented city that was still under 500k pop;
• My commute to work is under 3 miles;
• I have four tattoos;
• Jody and I have never gone on a real vacation together (outside of a couple days in Frederiksburg for our honeymoon and a week in Portland, OR visiting my sister);
• I've only gambled once (in Louisiana) and won $500 at a hand of blackjack. I used it to pay for the entire trip!;
• My twin and I were born two months early;
• Jody has dimples;
• We made up Calan's name by just sounding out names we like until it sounded good;
• Both Jody and I have been laid off (before we met each other) and it totally sucked;
• Jody graduated a semester late because he wanted to watch another A&M football season while he was a student because the tickets were cheaper;
• 8 is my favorite number (our address adds up to 8, we were married on the 8th of October, and Calan was born in the 8th month)
