Funny Parenting Tidbits by Me

1. Why is there never enough time to go to the bathroom?
2. I never thought I'd find myself picking my child's nose.
3. I never thought I'd be obsessed with poop.
4. I never thought I'd have as much patience as I do.
5. My voice going high-pitch when I talk to Calan - only dogs can hear me.
6. Mommy ear. Need I say more?
7. I can now get ready in the morning in under 15 minutes - that includes a shower!
8. Run on less than three hours a night on average for the last three months. (Did I mention that Calan never sleeps???)
9. Knowing more about Colic, Croup, Reflux, Intolerance than I ever wanted to.
10. I'm obsessed with ounces. I never even knew they existed before.
11. My germophobe days are over. I don't remember the last time I sterilized his paci.
12. How Calan waits until mommy falls asleep for the night to cry.
13. Dropping your child off at daycare for the first time feels like going to a funeral.
14. How it takes an hour to tell anyone watching your child your instructions on how to take care of him.
15. How cute it is when they discover their hands for the first time and slobber all over them.
16. Getting concerned because they haven't cried in a while.
17. Watching them feed at 3 in the morning with their eyes closed.
18. Fixing a bottle with one hand.
19. Jackets with ears. The cutest thing ever.
